Claude Day One
A day of work to leave with prioritized use cases, estimated value and an adoption plan with owners.
1 on-site day · or a workshop series over 2 to 4 weeks
Leadership teams that received a "we have to use AI" mandate and still lack clarity on where to start, and companies that already bought Claude and need to turn the license into concrete use cases.
Without priorities and numbers, AI initiatives become a list of loose ideas. Every area wants a pilot, nobody knows which is worth more, and finance has no way to validate the return. Day One solves this before any deployment: it puts leadership and teams in the same room, working on real tasks.
What we deliver
- Executive alignment: target outcomes and how value will be measured.
- Hands-on labs with real tasks: engineering using Claude Code and business areas using Claude on their own work.
- Ideation by area: each function lists the workflows that consume the most time.
- Prioritization done together with finance, scoring each use case on value, fit, frequency and effort.
- An adoption plan with owners and dates.
How it works
Preparation
Before the day, the sponsor fills in one page per function, we measure a baseline and define four roles: sponsor, admin, budget owner and champions lead.
The day
Executive alignment, hands-on labs, ideation by area, prioritization and the adoption plan, in blocks with the right people in each.
Close
We leave with a ranked roadmap and a target for each priority use case, validated by your finance team.
- A prioritized roadmap of use cases.
- Estimated value per use case, with a formula, baseline and owner.
- An adoption plan with names and dates.
- Low-value cases explicitly dropped instead of lingering on the list.
Each priority use case leaves with a value formula, a measured baseline and a target signed off by finance. A number without a formula and a baseline does not make it into the roadmap.
- An executive sponsor in the room for the day.
- Representatives of the candidate areas, each bringing a real task.
- Someone from finance to validate the targets.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need Claude licenses before Day One?
It helps, because the labs use real tasks, but it is not mandatory. We arrange the necessary access during preparation.
Is Day One already a deployment?
No. It defines what to deploy, in what order and with what target. Deployment comes in the adoption and build offerings.
